Chili Margarita
Fire sign Aries always enjoys taking risks and thrives on exciting new adventures, unmet challenges and being the best at whatever they do. So what better way to make a bold Aries statement than by drinking a margarita that has a little spicy heat? The Chili Margarita warms up the fiery Aries palate with just a hint of jalapeno pepper added to the mix.

Ingredients:
1.75 liters tequila
1 fresh pineapple
6 jalapeno peppers
Fresh lime juice
Lemonade
Fresh limes
Fresh lemons
Salt

Directions:
Cut the pineapple into big chunks. Place them in a 1-gallon or more jar with the whole jalapenos and fill with the tequila. Let sit for at least 2 weeks.

When properly infused, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, lemonade, lime juice, and 1-2 unces of the pineapple-jalapeno tequila (depending on taste). Shake, and pour in a chilled, salt-rimmed margarita glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon, lime, and a small jalapeno ring. Enjoy this sweet and spicy refreshing margarita!
