Taurus(April 20 - May 20)
They'll be dressed in lovely, earthy colors, and you'll notice their elegance
first. Fortunately for you, they may be alone, too. Taurus folks aren't afraid

Cancer(June 21 - July 22)
They'll be taking care of the kids. Not just their own, but everyone else's, too. Obviously, you'll have to be a family-oriented person, and make that clear to them immediately. Either get yourself involved with the kids or chat with them about the kids. If you have children, whether they’re present or just in photos, you'll have plenty to talk about. If not, remember that you must love kids (and probably critters, too) to love a Cancer. It's a package deal. If you share that fact right away, they'll be interested.
Leo(July 23 - August 22)
First, scope out the most lavish yet elegantly dressed person in the room. This will likely also be the one who'll make the speech that has everyone in the room laughing and crying. Things will get interesting when you attempt to separate them from the gaggle of admirers surrounding them. Fortunately, Leos adore bravery: step up to the front of the line of their admirers, interrupt politely and ask for a dance. Once you have them alone, explain that you're not ordinarily rude, but you really wanted them to enjoy the reception -- which just wouldn't be possible unless they spent the evening with you. It's an "opener" they'd use themselves. They'll love it.
Virgo(August 23 - September 22)
No matter where they are, especially if it's a formal event, Virgos don't overdo their garb. Underplayed elegance is what being truly formal means to them. So before you ask that friend of a friend to introduce you, remove any and all evidence of gaudiness. It just won't do. It may even be grounds for polite, civil but almost immediate dismissal (via a well-formulated excuse and a charming exit). Start by complimenting them on how well they've managed to make simplicity look so dazzling. Then wait for a slow dance, nod in their direction and extend your hand. Oh, and allow them to decide how physically close that dance will be.
