It's time for financial reassessment when assertive Mars, the ruler of your 2nd House of Money, turns retrograde on Jan. 23. The action planet's reversal lasts until April 13, giving you plenty of time to tighten budgets, adjust expenses, and consider alternative paths to increase your income.  

Your professional life hits a turning point on June 4 with a risk-taking Sagittarius Lunar Eclipse in your 10th House of Career. Contentious Mars in critical Virgo tensely squares the Sun and Moon at this eclipse, stirring up conflict with colleagues or motivating you to shake things up at work. Raising your skills to a higher level is an excellent response, but will probably require additional training.  

You get a subtle job-related boost when opportunistic Jupiter enters your foundation-building 4th House of Origins on June 11, starting a six-year climb toward greater public recognition as it moves toward the top of your chart. It helps to be patient, because delays on the job are inevitable when communicative Mercury retrogrades in your 6th House of Employment from July 14 - Aug. 8. You may spend the better part of this period completing unfinished tasks, repairing relationships, and re-evaluating creative projects before you get back on track.
