You remain on the move professionally throughout 2012 thanks to the seven-year transit of innovative Uranus in your 6th House of Work. Shifting to another organization or entering a different profession could be appealing to you now. Starting your own business, perhaps as a pioneer in a totally new field, is another expression of independent Uranus.  

Shorter-term issues affecting your job involve two retrograde cycles of communicative Mercury this year. The first, from March 12 - April 4, starts in your 6th House of Daily Routines; the second, from July 14 - Aug. 8, is in your 10th House of Career. Both serve as cosmic reminders to double-check details, confirm messages, and maintain equipment to avoid time-wasting complications. On the other hand, these periods also give you extra opportunities to improve techniques, receive additional training, and reconnect with old colleagues, customers and potential employers. 

You'd be wise to adopt a more cautious approach to economic issues this year as well. A Solar Eclipse in your 8th House of Shared Resources on May 20 can entice you to make spurious investments, while mercantile Mercury's retrograde turn in your 2nd House of Income on Nov. 6 could require some financial belt tightening.
