Keeping yourself on an even keel is essential to maintaining harmonious relationships on the job, which can make a major difference in your professional life this year. Pay careful attention to those around you to sense when it's smart to stand up for yourself and when avoiding confrontation is best.

A critical period starts on July 3, when enterprising Mars enters your 6th House of Work. You may find yourself fighting to stay cool when dealing with unreliable colleagues or impatient customers. Yet this is the right time to consider a change of task or employment if you're not satisfied in your current position. Mars' conjunction with Saturn on Aug. 15 will let you know if it's better to stay put or to seek new challenges.

Financially, the second half of 2012 is likely to be better for you than the first. Generous Jupiter's move into your 2nd House of Resources on June 11 is a strong indicator of economic advances to come. However, your ruling planet Venus' retrograde turn in your 2nd house on May 15 may cause some delays or backtracking in money matters.
