You have so many chores to do today that you may feel scattered if you try to do them all. Be smart; make a list and then start at the top. Consciously block out anything that isn't specifically aligned with the immediate task at hand. Stay focused on what's directly in front of you, and don't start the next item on your list until you have completed the current one. A methodical approach helps you to overcome your lack of concentration and enables you to get everything done.
