Arrested for Astrology
A popular Sri Lankan astrologer found himself incarcerated after predicting that current Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa would be ousted from government, and replaced by his prime minister. This change would be a victory for opposition party. Sri Lankan authorities argued that the astrologer and TV personality, Chandrasiri Bandara, might incite violence, although his prediction was not made on TV.

Taking Aim at Astrology
Prop comedians Penn & Teller return for another season of their rudely-titled Showtime series, which is best described as "Mythbusters" with a cruder, more comedic edge. In each episode, the wildly sarcastic Penn and his silent sidekick Teller attempt to explore and even debunk everything from paying taxes to believing in Astrology. For a show that is famously snarky and engaging, it will be fascinating to see how they deal with the centuries-old field of study.

Feng Shui for our Feral Friends
In a strange and unfortunate turn for the city of Los Angeles, its local zoo will not be hosting a group of endangered and majestic golden monkeys. After drawn-out negotiations between the Los Angeles mayor and the Chinese government, China has refused to release three golden monkeys to the care of the famous and well-attended zoo; but in trying to persuade China to change its mind, the zoo revamped its intended golden monkey habitat, at one point hiring a Feng Shui expert, who recommended the installation of a waterfall to benefit the monkeys.
