Changes to Your Tarot.com Journal
Read below for important information regarding your purchased readings
We wanted to let you know as soon as possible about a change that could be coming to some of your Tarot.com readings. In 2021, your personal Journal -- where all your readings are saved -- is getting a big facelift! This is exciting news, but to bring our system up to date and be able to provide you with the best experience, we need to update some technology deep within our site. Unfortunately, with this update, some select readings that you have purchased in the past may no longer be available to view.
We are giving you a heads up in advance to give you some time, because a) we understand this will come as a surprise and that it may be confusing or frustrating, and b) there is something you can do right now to save these readings yourself! Read below for further instructions, and please don't hesitate to reach out to Tarot.com's Customer Support if you have any additional questions or concerns -- we are here to help in any way we can!
Which readings are affected?
Only select readings and reports will no longer be available to view. To see if any of your purchased readings will not be supported, go to your Journal here, then look for a message that says "ALERT: This product will be expiring soon!" next to any of your saved readings. If you see that message, you will want to print your reading now so you have a hard copy, and/or create a PDF file of your reading on your computer. Instructions for both of these methods are below.
How to print a reading
To print a paper copy of your reading, you will simply use the Print function on your web browser.
1. Open the reading from your Tarot.com Journal
2. Click "View or Print Entire Report" at the top of the reading
3. Press Ctrl + P on your keyboard (Windows) or Command + P (Mac)
4. Click Print
How to create a PDF of a reading
To create a PDF file of your reading, you will also use the Print function on your web browser.
1. Open the reading from your Tarot.com Journal
2. Click "View or Print Entire Report" at the top of the reading
3. Press Ctrl + P on your keyboard (Windows) or Command + P (Mac)
4. In the Destination field, select "Save as PDF"
5. Click Save and select where you'd like to save it on your computer
