Hi I'm Brigit Esselmont, professional Tarot reader and teacher. I'm here today to share with you the Tarot card forecast for August 2015. Now I've drawn three Tarot cards as always, to look at our Blessings, our Challenges, and how we can make the most of this month...
Blessings Card: Three of Wands, Reversed
The first Tarot card I drew is the Three of Wands Reversed. Now if you've seen the previous month's forecast, you'll also recall that we had the exact same card in the exact same position. This is really relevant to us because it says to us not only was this important in July but it's also important in August.
Because it's in the reverse position, we may be going through this process of reevaluating and reassessing: Is this path right for me? Am I heading in the right direction? Remember this is coming up as a blessing, so even though you might feel a little bit of discomfort around, “Goodness, I thought I was on this path, and now my heart is telling me to go onto this path,” this is actually exactly where you need to be right now.
Challenges Card: The Hanged Man
Let's have a look at our Challenges for the month of August. Now, we have the Hanged Man. The Hanged Man is representative of those times when we kind of feel stuck. When we're kind of caught in limbo land. Again, contrast that against the Three of Wands reversed. I see a really strong connection here because as you try to figure out what your real goals are on that personal lever. It may feel like you're having to put a lot of things on hold.
But one thing I really want to bring your attention to is this halo around his head. This is a sign that waiting brings enlightenment. So even though you might be feeling a little frustrated that you're having to put things on hold, it's serving a purpose.
Recommendation Card: Justice
Now our final card for this month is the Justice card. This card is often associated with finding one's truth and making an important decision. As you're making that decision, you are balancing things up (as you can see there's a scale) and withholding the truth. So holding the sword here is a symbol of truthfulness and upholding the truth, upholding the law. It's about connecting in with universal law and bringing that into our own lives.
Now I think also what's very interesting is to bring all of these Tarot cards together. So we know that we've a got a bit of that feeling of waiting or being a bit in limbo land because we're reassessing our goals and that's okay. And then the Justice card is saying to us, to seek out the truth. Use that waiting period to get that enlightenment, and to find your truth. Once you've found that truth it's time to make a decision -- time to balance out everything you know about a situation or about where you're heading (what direction) and to make that final decision and move forward with it.
So there you have it. That's the forecast for August 2015. I hope you have an amazing month and I look forward to connecting with you again very soon. See you later.
