Sabra Ricci is known as "chef to the celebrities" and caterer to Fortune 500 CEOs and other high-profile individuals who vacation on Maui. She is also an accomplished astrologer. Sabra has developed a strong and loyal clientele based on referral and returning patrons, including some of the biggest names in Hollywood. She is renowned for her healthy, delectable menus and unparalleled service.

A graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Sabra worked in Paris for Yes Catering Company and was the consulting chef for Grail Springs Spa in Canada. During Fashion Week 2003 in New York City, Sabra was one of four chefs selected to participate in the Five Star Feast, a "chef to the celebrities" cooking extravaganza and live demonstration hosted by Joan Lunden. The event was covered by the E! Channel and Entertainment Tonight. Sabra makes frequent guest appearances both locally and nationally and has a cooking show in development.

Sabra has been featured in many publications including Woman’s Day, SELF and Spa magazine. She also is a regular contributor for About.com, the New York Times owned website with 29 million readers each month. Her recipes will also be featured in the upcoming book by Dr. Catherine Wong, "The Inside Out Diet", due out in January 2007 by Wiley Publishers.
