Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Your impulsive nature alone is enough to get you into some financial trouble, and even you're aware that you need to lengthen the amount of elapsed time between "I want" and "I just bought." You want what you want when you want it. That's why you need to steer clear of Sagittarius, whose adventurous and an appetite for stimulation that's nearly as voracious as yours will encourage you to simply go wild. It's impossible enough to stop your inner headstrong ram from getting what it wants, but when the unwieldy centaur eggs you on, you place your fiscal stability in double jeopardy. Have a credit card shredding contest rather than go shopping together.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
You have a lot of common sense when it comes to money, and most of the time you have no problems using it. You're also protective enough to avoid frivolous spending -- most of the time. While your desire to have the finest things in life is powerful, your ability to protect and amass your resources is stronger. If you ever run into trouble, it would probably be from competing with someone who really arouses your pride and your desire to prove you have more toys. Scorpio people tend to bring out your tendencies toward one-upmanship, so if you're around one a lot, remember that it's how much buying power you have left when your little game's over that really counts.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Money comes and goes quickly with you, and you have to struggle with yourself to stay focused on one activity at a time. You have trouble resisting trends and fads that come and go as quickly as you flit from one friend to the next at a cocktail party. You can also get carried away with your ideas, and could buy up more electronic gadgets than most people can ever figure out how to use. Aquarius would be a very bad influence on you in terms of fiscal health. The two of you could imagine pies in the sky that are more expensive than a NASA mission, and rationalize why you don't have to worry about what might be left to cover your basic expenses.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
Your need for security should be enough warning that you need to be practical about your earning and spending habits. Your fear of the rainy day that everyone else saves for is stronger than just about anyone else you know, especially if that person happens to be a Pisces! There is no question that this less-than-practical sort would have a difficult time understanding why you wouldn't give away everything you own to any kind of cause, whether it's worthy or not. Even though Pisces will encourage you to consider compassion as a way of life, there's no reason to forfeit your peace of mind for any amount of esteem or popularity.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Your pride and confidence can often lead you to see money as a source of power and strength, so it's important that you always have enough to spend -- and enough to set aside so your assets are protected and well-invested. When you equate fine things with status and power, you have to watch for the temptation to buy more luxurious items than you can truly afford. While you may benefit from the advice of someone who has exquisite taste, such as Libra, you'll have to remember that this stylish individual's high standards of beauty will not always take your budget into consideration. Use your leadership skills to draw the line, and make sure Libra knows what must be done in order to toe it.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
Your power of discrimination can lead you to make excellent selections when you go to buy something, but you can also get carried away when you shop. You can get so caught up in the fun of making choices, you wind up buying way more than you actually need. The last thing you would need is someone who keeps pointing out where you can go to get the next thrill from picking out something and making it belong to you. That's why you'd be wise to avoid going out to the mall with an Aries. If you do have one of these impetuous individuals in your life, resist the urge to follow the ram's compulsive behavior toward your own financial ruin.
