The Sextile
A harmonious aspect between two planets

Favorable. When two planets are sextile, they are linked together in a favorable way that supports cooperation. Sextiles link planets that are in compatible elements -- Fire with Air or Earth with Water (signs of the zodiac in those elements are most compatible, too). Planetary sextiles work well together and tend to have positive results.
For example, when communication planet Mercury forms a sextile with Uranus, the planet of surprises, it can create a day when you'll feel excited, meet new people and discover exciting things. Or when Mercury sextiles the Moon, which rules emotions, you'll be able to get in better touch with your feelings.
