How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting our Password Reset page. All you need to do is verify your email address, and we will email you a link to reset your password.
How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address by visiting your Account Settings page. Under the "Your Email Address" section, you'll be able to update your email address. Just be sure to hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page!
How do I change my Sun sign or birth date?
If you're getting emails or notifications addressed to the wrong Sun sign, we can fix it! Visit your Profiles Manager in your account settings, update your date of birth under "Your Profile", and hit the "Save Profile" button at the bottom!
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
We allow you to choose which types of emails you'd like to subscribe to! You can make these selections by visiting the Your Email Preferences page and selecting or unselecting the emails listed. Once you hit the "Save Settings" button at the bottom, you will be updated in our system!
How can I stop my Twitter account from posting horoscopes?
You will need to disconnect Twittascope directly through your Twitter account. Log in to your account from a desktop and visit your connected apps page. Find Twittascope in the list, select it, and then click "Revoke Access" under the "Permissions" section. That's it! Twittascope should no longer post to your account after this.
How do I delete my Tarot.com account?
We'd hate to see you go, but if you must, please contact Customer Service and request the deactivation of your account. Keep in mind that you can reactivate your account at any time by contacting us. We'll always welcome you back with open arms!
What are Karma Coins and how do I use them?
Karma Coins (KCs) are digital credits that allow you to effortlessly purchase any of our Tarot readings, Astrology forecasts, and Numerology reports at a discount. Where is my Karma Coin balance and transaction history?
You can view your Karma Coin balance and transaction history by visiting your Karma Coin Account Information page. Here you'll get a detailed view of your purchases, the date you made those purchases, and your Karma Coin balance after each purchase.
Where are my readings and reports? How can I save them?
All of your readings are automatically saved for you in your FREE Tarot.com Journal! This can easily be found under the "My Account" section of the website. Every item you purchase at Tarot.com can be found here and is separated by divination type. Just click on the correct tab and find your reading or report! You also have the option to delete any readings or reports you purchased in the "My Journal" section of your account.
Why aren't my questions being answered in my readings?
There are a lot of myths and misunderstandings around Tarot and I Ching readings! It's important that your questions be open-ended and interpretive in order to get an opportunity for deeper reflection. For example, instead of asking, "Will I find a new job?" you might ask, "What has been stopping me in my search for a new job?" You can learn more about phrasing your question here.
Why does my bank statement say I have a "Recurring Charge" from you?
Many financial institutions place the label "Recurring Charge" on Tarot.com purchases even if it's a one-time purchase. Unless you are signed up for a subscription, you will not be charged multiple times without your consent and approval.
