All of your readings are automatically saved for you in your FREE Tarot.com Journal! This can easily be found under the "My Account" section of the website. Why aren't my questions being answered in my readings?

There are a lot of myths and misunderstandings around Tarot and I Ching readings! It's important that your questions be open-ended and interpretive in order to get an opportunity for deeper reflection. For example, instead of asking, "Will I find a new job?" you might ask, "What has been stopping me in my search for a new job?" You can learn more about phrasing your question here.

Why does my bank statement say I have a "Recurring Charge" from you?

Many financial institutions place the label "Recurring Charge" on Tarot.com purchases even if it's a one-time purchase. Unless you are signed up for a subscription, you will not be charged multiple times without your consent and approval.
