It might not matter to you what someone else thinks about your performance at work today. You are satisfied that you are taking the right course of action and can easily justify your recent decisions. However, a coworker who is concerned about your current path may not give up that easily. Instead of putting up defensive walls or just walking away, listen to the feedback. It costs you nothing to hear the other person’s perspective and you could even learn something useful in the process. A mind once opened never loses.
